Ulefone U7 7″ LTPS MTK6592 Octa-Core review

Ulefone U7 7″ LTPS MTK6592 Octa-Core review

Ulefone U7 isn’t phablet like some sites report since its diagonal is long 7″. Every device with diagonal equal 7″ or longer is practically tablet PC. So it nice 7″ tablet with 3G ability. In this review I will try to show how this Android tablet PC could change your day life considering business and home activities.

First lets check some Ulefone U7 main characteristics:

– WUXGA LTPS Screen Android 4.2.2 Octa-core 16GB Tablet Phone
– High-performance MTK6592 Octa-core Processor and 1.7GHz CPU frequency
– 2 SIM card 2 standby (1 Standard SIM card slot & 1 Micro SIM card slot) and work with 2G GSM & 3G WCDMA

– Built-in 3.7V 3500mAh rechargeable lithium battery, up to 6hrs work time.

As you can see from main characteristics U7 is one very potent tablet PC. For well performances you can rely on super fast Octa-Core MTK6592 processor with heart speed of 1.7 GHz. Handling multitasking like breath of air, U7 will never leave you behind.

10-point capacitive touch screen makes all your actions very reliable and fast with nice looking transitions. Screen resolution is one of key factors you will fall in love in this slim boy.

Fairly speaking designers made their job very well and offered us nice piece of hardware, lie well in hand, it is lightweight so you can hold it in one hand, nice plastic mat isn’t velcro but will give you peace of mind so you don’t worry about dropping it accidentally.

Photo and video capabilities of this tablet PC are not matter of concern: 13 MP back camera makes life behind the camera even more vivid, and 2 MP front camera has more than enough capabilities to offer you nice looking Skype calls and front selfies.

Speaker is well positioned and if you are left-handed you will keep your hand just at the right place. But if you are right-handed you might cover speaker and then sound will not be clear as it should be. Quality of sound is decent and sometimes you can feel that specific bass sound.

Android 4.2.2 OS is mastered its presence so anything you do will be served well and instantly because you have all 2 GB of RAM memory which will cooperate with Android 4.2.2 OS. I would definitely rather see Android 4.4.2 KitKat on this tablet, but we can do this upgrade on our count.

Battery will get some minuses because its capacity is quite low for this kind of device, so 4000 mAh would make my day. Even this 3500 mAh battery succeeded sweet torture of multitasking, WiFi, Bluetooth and calls and made its almost 7 hours of continuity.

Ulefone U7 is not cheap tablet PC but its still cheaper than most of big name competitors. It has everything you would ask and even more.
