This winter, the company introduced a smartphone Saygus V2 with a record amount of internal memory of 320 GB and a body made of Kevlar tempered and anodized aluminum. Pre-order the novelty was discovered back in January, but users still have to waite for their devices. In March, the American manufacturer has postponed the release date to May 22 in connection with the problems of camera and antenna. A few days ago the company again postponed deliveries, yet for an indefinite period.
Aside from the obvious dissatisfaction among pre-order the delay of deliveries, customers are also frustrated about the process of communicating with the manufacturer. Despite the violation of its own promises the company reported very few details about the ongoing production process. Saygus decided to fix it and in connection with the delay of another to share the details via Twitter.
First of all the company’s representatives said that they were concerned about the quality assurance on the part of the manufacturer to assemble the new smartphone, so Saygus decided to conclude a partnership with another company. This transition called delayed deliveries. It is reported that the new partner company is already engaged in the creation of top-end smartphone for the largest US companies.
In addition, Saygus enlisted the support of world-class marketing agency, which should help with the establishment of contacts with consumers.
At the end of Saygus says it wants to provide users with a superior product, thus justifying the delay. Also, the American company has shown its new Twitter logo.
As a bonus, one of the employees posted a video which demonstrates how to live one of the most notable features of Saygus V2 – the ability to broadcast video on the big screen with virtually no delay.
