MEIZU MX2 review

MEIZU MX2 review

In a body like iPhone, MEIZU MX2 Flyme 2.0 OS (based on Android 4.1) gives a bit another perception in smartphone that actually has some similarities with iPhone OS.

Meizu’s designers merit much credit for getting a screen this size into a smartphone this compacted. Splendidly adjusted & simply the right size for agreeable one-gave utilize yet as of now conveying an extensive screen experience.

Considering sound and overall call quality as well as signal, MX2 holds on to cellular and WiFi signals very well. At some point I could say that call quality is excellent. Speakerphone is loud and with little or no distortion at all.

MX2 screen which extends its diagonal to 4.4.” has resolution of very good 1280×800 pixels, with 347 ppi. Screen is really vivid, bright, crisp with excellent color reproduction as well as black/white levels & good viewing angles. MX2 has 8MP camera that supports modes like Panorama Shot and Continuous Shot.

MEIZU MX2 battery life is fine but just could be much better. So putting a battery bigger than 1800mAh into a this phone could be better combination with Android’s power hungry nature as this is the only compromise.

Back to OS enjoyment, I must says that a very customized version of Android  OS means that there is some kind of a learning curve but many of the tweaks echo iOS so it’s different is in some way familiar too.

Well built and compact, MEIZU MX2 doesn’t show that this is some cheap piece of hardware but really sold and sturdy fellow.
