Jiayu managed to avoid bankruptcy

Recently, a large number of Internet rumors circulated that Jiayu is on the verge of bankruptcy. This caused a heated discussion among fans and owners of the company. The Chinese market is saturated with a large number of manufacturers of smartphones and to survive in competition with such giants as Xiaomi, Meizu, Huawei and Apple, is extremely difficult. However, fans can breathe a sigh of relief as the Jiayu managed to avoid bankruptcy by new investors who promised that awaits us is indeed a new company.

As recently Jiayu made no statements, the users has accumulated a large number of questions. In the near future there will be a change in Jiayu headquarters location and transfer of workers to other factories. The company strongly demonstrates that things are improving it. For example, this past Monday was released application Jiayu Over the Air, which allows smartphone owners to install updates “over the air”.

A good news for users is that the company is going to update some of its smartphones to CyanogenMod 12.1. The stable version of CM 12.1 are already here for Jiayu G4S and G5S, and company soon plans to release firmware for other models, including the S2, S3, G6 and F2.
