HTC One M9 has passed the fire test…in some way


Most conducted drop tests reduced to unpretentious dropping of device at a certain height. In the case of drop-test of HTC One M9, everything was the same way.
Experts repeatedly threw smartphone which slightly damaged the body (mainly the back cover), but the device continued to operate normally.
In the case of throwing the smartphone with a screen pointed down, a protective layer of glass has been damaged, but, again, the smartphone continues to operate. After that experts have decided to check the protection of housing of HTC One M9, exposing it to a gas burner.

The heating temperature reached 700 degrees Celsius and of course, the One M9 has just melted in the next minute but metal body still remain indestructible. So the conclusion is that HTC One M9 has passed the fire test…in some way.
